The Central District Athletic Board of Control of the Ohio High School Athletic
Association is charged with the responsibility of organizing and conducting high school
boys and girls sectional and district tournaments.
District Board members are elected to six year terms by a vote of the high school
principals of the member schools in the Central District. Each class has two members on
the six member board. One member is elected to the State Board of Control and serves a two
year term.
The District Board contracts with a Treasurer and Secretary to conduct the financial and
administrative responsibilities of the Board.
